You must work with the wall to find that height again. Then level the guide wall. Just add a piece of wall or a column where each corner will be and you should then be able to place the roof. I m not terribly concerned about it.

I don t have any coielings but i have already tried replacing them and the two roofs either side above the bay windows don t go through either even though those rooms don t have a ceiling.
